1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Returns are not applicable on discounted, final sale, or customized products.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
Visit our store (or contact our support team).
Provide your order details and select the reason for return/exchange.
Our logistics partner will pick up the product within 2-4 days.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund/exchange within 7 business days.
3. Refund Process
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Requests: Replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received & approved.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Worn, washed, or damaged products.
Items without original tags & packaging.
Discounted or final sale items.
5. Return Shipping Charges
Free returns & exchanges on defective/damaged products.
₹100 return shipping fee for size exchanges or change of mind returns.
