At Jeff Collins, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience with fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery across India. Below are the details of our delivery policy for direct-to-consumer (D2C) shirt orders:

1. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Locations & North-East India: 7-10 business days
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS & email.
2. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Standard shipping fee of ₹50 for orders below ₹999.
Cash on Delivery (COD) available with an additional charge of ₹75.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 12 PM are processed on the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
We partner with leading courier services to ensure safe & timely deliveries.
4. Delivery Partners & Tracking
We work with shiprocket.
Customers can track their orders through the tracking link provided in the confirmation email/SMS.
5. Undelivered Orders & Reattempts
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery up to 2 times.
If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us, and a refund (for prepaid orders) will be processed after deducting return charges.
6. Delays & Exceptions
Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues may cause delays. Customers will be notified in such cases.
